Before it leaves us
Each order is checked and packed by hand, so it leaves within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will see it move to "Dispatched" on your orders page the moment it does, with the courier's tracking number.
On the way to you
Most pincodes see it in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Farther or harder-to-reach addresses can take a little longer; if a delivery is running late, we will tell you rather than let you wonder.
A festival week or a courier disruption can add a day or two on either end. It is rare, and we will always flag it against your order rather than stay quiet.
What it costs
Delivery is free on every order, everywhere we currently deliver, cash on delivery included.
Where we deliver
Anywhere in India our courier partner serves. If your pincode is out of reach, checkout will tell you before you pay rather than after.
When it arrives
- Check the packet before the courier leaves, if you can. A torn or opened packet is worth a photo and a note to us.
- Cash on delivery needs the exact amount, or as close to it as the courier can manage.
- Nobody home for a delivery gets a couple of extra attempts before it heads back to us.
If it goes wrong
