Who you are dealing with
Aawaragi sells printed t-shirts directly to you from aawaragi.com. There is no marketplace and no reseller in between, so a question about an order comes to us and stays with us.
Your account
You sign in with Google, so there is no password of ours to leak. Keep your Google account secure; anyone signed into it can place orders and read your order history in ours. Accounts are for adults; if you are under 18, shop through a parent's account.
Prints, sizing and stock
We describe and photograph every print as carefully as we can, but screens vary and fabric always has a little give. Sizes follow the chart on each product page, not a single universal small-medium-large guess.
Stock shown at checkout is real stock, held only once you pay or, for cash on delivery, once the order is placed. If two people reach for the last piece at the same instant, the order that locks it first gets it, and the other is told plainly rather than left to find out later.
Price and payment
All prices on the site are in Indian rupees and already include applicable tax; nothing is added at checkout beyond what you see there. Delivery is free.
Cash on delivery is the only payment method live today. Card and UPI, through a payment gateway, are coming; if we owe you an update once they are live, it goes to your email.
When an order is confirmed
An order is confirmed the moment you place it and stock is locked against it, not when you added it to your bag. You can cancel it yourself, for a full refund, any time before it is dispatched.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
7 days from delivery to return or exchange, 1 free exchange per item for a different size or colour of the same print. The full rules live on our returns page and apply exactly as written there.
Reviews, questions and chat
Reviews and questions are for real buyers talking about a real print. We will hide anything abusive, off-topic, or written to mislead another buyer, always with a reason on the record. Chat between buyers is for genuine conversation about a purchase; harassment gets a conversation ended and, if it continues, an account closed.
Whose work the prints are
Every print sold on aawaragi.com is designed or licensed by Aawaragi. Buying a tee does not transfer the artwork to you; copying a print onto another product, or reselling it as your own design, is not allowed.
The limits of what we promise
We promise the tee you ordered, made and delivered as described, or made right if it is not. We are not responsible for delays outside a courier's control, or for damage after a tee has reached you and left our hands. Nothing here limits a right Indian consumer law gives you regardless of what we write.
If these change
The date at the top moves when these terms do, and an order already placed is honoured under the terms that stood when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is first taken up directly with us before anywhere else.
